CHEF DRIVEN AND ALWAYS MADE FROM SCRATCH
Our catfish, shrimp and chicken are all brined in buttermilk. All of our sauces, stocks, spices and gumbo are made from scratch. Our bread comes all the way from Leidenheimer Bakery in New Orleans. At Little Easy, the details count!
